So many delicious ideas, I'm working on getting shreaded and seeing all these healthy, quick, and easy options is just what I needed. The book provided very clear instructions for recipes, and explaining health and benefits of the ingredients. I recommend this book to all those who are new into the kitchen or even starting to meal prep. I think the best part about this book for me is the teaching of the corresponding seasons to the veggies, giving the best tasting experience to the giving seasons. Trying to impress your date with a healthy and quick meal, this is the book for that!

I used to utilize social media posts to find new vegetarian recipes/ideas, but after giving up social media a few years ago, I’ve noticed my meals were getting boring & repetitive. I got this book to infuse new ideas into our weekly dinner routine & am really happy with what we’ve tested so far. I’m also not embarrassed to admit that I frequently question if I’m storing/preparing produce in the best way, so the title caught my eye!
